If I could give Yaron 6 stars I would! When we first decided to sell our home he gave us great advice about timing and staging (spoiler alert: stage your home). He walked through the house and told us what were the most important things to fix and update. He stayed in constant contact throughout the whole 3 month process. He was there with the photographer advising about angles and lighting and making sure the pictures were, well, picture perfect. He is obviously well respected in the real estate world, it seems like everyone I know in the neighborhood has used him as their realtor. My brother bought his house with Yaron and felt supported and educated the entire time. My mom wants him to adopt the slogan "You're never on your own with Yaron!" Yaron Marcus helped us find our dream home, and he was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. From day one, Yaron acted as our guide, our confidant, our teacher and our council. He started by learning our interests in a location, and then laid out the steps to follow as out-of-state buyers. Following an initial tour of available properties, Yaron better understood our interests, because, at that point, so did we. After seeing several properties that did not interest us for one reason or another, we were better able to understand that neighborhood was as important as the home. A difficult real estate agent change and it was handled with ease - new home was located and process was handled without falling too far behind with the purchase of my old home.

This is a difficult review to write, but in the end, I feel more than obligated. 5 years ago we had a very nice experience with another realtor. That said, it was a very straightforward transaction as we didn't own our home and were purchasing a property that was not so desirable. As we began the process of evaluating the sale and purchase this go-round, we did a lot of intel to make sure we were in the right hands. Ultimately, after much deliberation, and talking to many people, we decided to go with Yaron. The adage of you don't know until you know couldn't be truer in this case. We had a complicated situation as we were solely focused on acquiring 1 property that was a big step up for us. But our hearts were set on the property so we got under contract before listing our house. Yaron scripted everything to a tee. The timing couldn't have been tighter. We listed our home on a Thursday and had 3 offers on 3 showings by Sunday. I'll spare the rest of the story and just say that Yaron deftly handled a bunch of crazy objections to make sure that we remained in a fiscally sound position to procure the home of our dreams.
